- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing business consultants.
- Act as a liaison between the client and consultants to ensure client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead efforts to increase retention and consultant engagement.
- Resolve and address questions and concerns from consultants through calls and emails.
- Handle Grievances and provide coaching to consultants to avoid terminations.
- Work with the service delivery managers to Re-market our resources who are finishing current assignments.
- Generate business leads, referrals and business opportunities by networking with the consultants. Work with the service delivery managers to leverage on the received leads and referrals.
