**JOB PURPOSE:**
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources on all corporate employment related activities. This position requires onsite work at our Corporate Norcross, GA office.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Processes all aspects of a candidates pre-hire/transfer requirements; such as background check, drug screen, PeopleSoft transactions and all required new hire/transfer paperwork
2. Processes badges for the company
3. Supports the Corporate Regional Partner Services Manager for transactional HR related functions
4. Maintains all Corporate entity files, including Healthcare Center Administrators
5. Acts as the receptionist for the Partner Services office
6. Monitors the partner services phone and e-mail; distributes communications and questions to the appropriate partner
