The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department and serves as a primary point of contact for onboarding, recruitment coordination and employee documentation. This role manages onboarding for all new hires, including the high volume of seasonal staff hired for Summer Camp, ensuring required documents and HRIS entries are completed accurately and on time.
