Position Summary :

This role is responsible for the efficient and effective planning, coordination and administration of all Human Resource functions. This includes: Employment contracts, inductions, performance management processes, recruitment and selection, grievance and conflict resolution, development and negotiations.

Key Requirements :

  • Applicable years of industry experience
  • Effective at hiring and developing recruitment strategies
  • General Human Resources Management
  • Understanding of Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of Performance Management
  • Effective at employee communication processes
