**Job Description**
**Purpose**
Student Affairs seeks an experienced and talented HR professional to join our team and provide effective human resources services to assigned business units. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all the generalist roles, including staffing and retention, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance coaching and management. This role will report to the HR Director for Student Affairs and serve as a trusted partner and advisor to managers and staff.
**Duties**
+ Compensation: Consult with managers on fundamental compensation-related matters (salary actions, bonuses, supplemental pay, assignment of employees to job titles), consulting with more senior HR team members and/or central compensation team on moderately complex matters as needed.
