Stakeholder / Client Management: exposure dealing with Global leaders and organization
Responsibilities
:Under the management of the Senior HR Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the conduct and implementation of legally acceptable Human Resources management functions across programs in one site
.He/She will serve as the Team leader and will provide people management responsibilities including staff hiring, development, performance management for all business partners in the TELUS work site
.He/she will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program roll outs, training and change management by effectively partnering with program leaders across all levels of the organization
