We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide proactive and hands-on HR support across Sweden. The role will support managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and amendments, benefits administration, employee documentation, absence management, payroll input validation, and HR compliance.

In addition to operational HR responsibilities, this role will partner closely with managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence concerns, probation reviews, and other workplace issues of moderate complexity.
