We’re looking for an HR Associate to support key HR functions including payroll, timekeeping, employee lifecycle, and admin operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage timekeeping and payroll preparation/validation
  • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle employee records, HRIS updates (HiBob), and documentation
  • Support offboarding, final pay, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries and support day-to-day HR operations
  • Coordinate with vendors (payroll, HMO, recruitment, etc.)
