            Lead and manage all Human Resources functions for the pre-opening and operational phases of the property.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for pre-opening manpower requirements, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding.
Establish and maintain employee records, HR systems, and organizational structure for the new property.
Manage employee relations, including discipline, grievance handling, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and statutory requirements.
Develop and implement training programs, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration in coordination with Finance and Corporate HR.
Support performance management processes including evaluations, regularization, and succession planning.
