            Job Description & Requirements  Recruitment and Talent Acquisition  Work closely with the existing recruitment team to support the company’s staffing needs. 
Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels and strategies. 
Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating interviews with hiring managers. 
Obtain salary approval prior to extending job offers and negotiate employment terms and conditions. 
Plan, coordinate, and support career fairs in schools and community outreach programs. 
Ensure a smooth hiring process by coordinating background checks and pre-employment requirements. 
 Onboarding and Offboarding  Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientations, and compliance with legal requirements.
