Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and arrange interview logistics. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents. Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company. Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking system. Payroll Administration Prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time. Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Handle CPF contributions, tax filings, and statutory requirements Issue payslips and respond to payroll-related queries. Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of salary information.
