Manage the full recruitment cycle for local roles , ensure hiring efforts are aligning with plan needs
Oversee the to entire employee lifecycle covering onboarding, new employee orientation, employment confirmation, internal transfer, exit and offboarding processes while ensuring all processes are executed in accordance with procedures and proper documentation
Responsible for recruitment KPIs and hiring effectiveness, ensure timely update on open positions and lead time improvement
Ensure the accuracy and timely of employee data in SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC)
Maintain and monitor leave and attendance records through the integrated Dormakaba system within SF with regular audit on data entries and resolving discrepancies
Prepare and issue standard HR letters and documentation
Prepare and compile monthly HR reports, including overtime, attendance and leave records
