Summary The purpose of the position is to provide advice and assistance to applicants and potential applicants. to assist in in-processing of new employees, and to provide a full range of support assignments for the Regional Human Resources Office and Staff. Position requires use of' office automation systems to prepare routine documents- reports, paying bills. and correspondence. Utilizes word processing equipment in the completion of assignments. Responsibilities As the first point of contact in the Regional Human Resources Office, position serves as the initial screening point for telephonic and personal inquiries related to federal employment, current recruitment activity: and all other matters as well as complete Functions of the office.
