Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Must-have: broad practical experience in HR in large organizations
Must-have: deep understanding of and experience in organizational change management dynamics and practices
Thorough understanding of at least 2 from the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Due Diligence and M&A process from the people perspective, HR Organization Maturity Assessment, HR Process Design, Employee Experience, Talent Management, Compensation Strategies and Plans, HR Shared Services Centre Transformation, HR Project Management
Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow) assessment and implementation would be a strong asset
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Polish and English languages (C1 level +)
