Your Role The incumbent will take responsibility for a portfolio of countries within the region, as well as working with various business partners. This role will cover the full spectrum of order-to-cash which included local delivery, export/import and cross trade activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Providing service and support to internal & external customers via end-to-end order management: Processing orders and fulfilling the delivery as per department KPI in a prompt and accuracy manner. Liaise with supplier on the schedule for end-to-end order. Working with relevant stakeholders (planner, warehouse / 3PL warehouse, logistics, commercial) to arrange export shipments. Liaise with carrier / agent for export booking and shipment arrangement. Track and monitor shipment milestones and proactively update internal and external customers.
