As a senior member of the Advanced Technology organization lead the development of Heat exchanger. (e.g. higher performance and cost reduction of heat exchangers.)
Conduct the development/improvement of heat exchanger for the air-conditioner (Residential air-conditioner, Commercial Air-conditioner) based on the heat transfer performance and flow dynamics performance of air-side and refrigerant-side by numerical and experimental analysis.
Lead development and timely transfer of advanced technologies of heat exchanger to the relevant product platform teams.
Work with platform and respective other component designer to identify gaps/opportunities for improving performance and cost structure
Support development and maintenance of the multi-year technology development and implementation roadmap
