Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation of HSE systems across nickel mining operations, including mining, hauling, stockpile, workshop, jetty/port, construction activities, and contractors.

2. Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, SMKP, mining safety, and other applicable legal regulations.

3. Develop, review, and improve HSE policies, procedures, standards, risk controls, and emergency response plans.

4. Monitor HSE performance, conduct inspections, audits, safety programs, and ensure timely follow-up on findings.
