Promote safe behaviors and support HSE activities across the Service Cluster and project sites.
Drive improvements in safety culture and environmental practices through company programs.
Work with different teams to increase HSE awareness and manage HSE reporting, including incidents and KPIs.
Support HSE Managers and site teams by giving expert advice and participating in audits.
Coordinate and regularly interact with HSE Advisors and site teams through meetings and follow-ups to ensure alignment and effective implementation of HSE requirements.
Ensure all HSE actions are completed on time and support incident investigations to fix root causes.
Maintain good coordination with site HSE teams and support accurate reporting.
Share lessons learned and best practices across all project sites.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards like ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
