Role Summary
The Health and Safety (HSE) Specialist ensures that all workers have the knowledge, training, and support required to perform their tasks safely and in compliance with WorkSafeBC, and other applicable provincial and federal legislation. This role provides field-level guidance, inspections, training, documentation oversight, and hazard identification to eliminate incidents and promote a proactive safety culture. The HSE Specialist acts as a resource for workers, supervisors, foremen, managers, and executives across construction, mechanical, and sheet metal operations.
