We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Energy & Industrial business on a full‑time permanent basis, supporting a new renewable energy project in the Mount Isa region. This role will see the successful candidate commence their journey with UGL on the Sybella Creek Solar Farm project, playing a key role from early works through to project completion.

The project builds on UGL’s earlier solar construction work in Mount Isa, successfully completed in 2021. The new scope represents a greenfield extension connecting into an existing live solar farm, creating an engaging mix of new construction and brownfield interfaces.
