            Responsibilities:  Develops and implements Offshore HSE Plans and relevant Plans/ Procedures as per client requirements 
Develops and implements Site Emergency Response Plans (Offshore) for the project 
Coordinates HSE matters effectively with Company and Client operations team 
Develops and implements various training programs applicable for onshore, Transportation and offshore phase 
Implements all project HSE requirements at worksites as per clients and offshore HSE requirements 
Monitors HSE effectiveness at various project phases and advise operational team for any non-compliance or non-conformity 
Coordinates with various stakeholders (Transportation and Installation team, subcontractors etc.) on HSE requirements in various phases 
Initiates HSE Programs for continual HSE improvement 
Participates in all required HSE meetings and prepare and record all meeting minutes for the project
