Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and industry standards
• Lead risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, and safe work procedures
• Manage warehouse safety, contractor safety, and hazardous materials handling
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Develop emergency response plans and lead fire drills
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs
• Lead internal and external audits and maintain compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• 8–10 years of HSE experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or industrial operations
• NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma
