About the role
We are currently seeking a HSE Governance Manager to join our Corporate HSE Governance and Assurance Team. This position will be integral in improving safety performance by developing, implementing, and maintaining the Laing O’Rourke Health, Safety and Environmental Management System for legislative compliance and continuous improvement across the business.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System to support the Rethinking Safety through inclusion and wellbeing principles, while ensuring it meets third party accreditation, legislative requirements and best practices.Conduct and/or facilitate audits and assurance activities in accordance with the governance program to ensure the HSE systems and requirements are implemented, effective, and in accordance with legislative, regulatory and corporate governance requirements.Coach and mentor...
