Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and collaborate with department heads to ensure safe work practices. 
Provide safety orientation to new employees, conduct drillsand lead awareness sessions to promote a strong safety culture. 
Investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysisand implement measures to prevent recurrence. 
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSHand other regulatory standards, maintaining proper documentation for audits. 
Oversee environmental management practices, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and promoting sustainability initiatives. 
Conduct regular site inspections, safety auditsand monitor performance through defined HSE KPIs.
