Implement and monitor the Project HSE Plan in line with company and client requirements.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations during substation construction and modification works, busbar protection system replacements, relay modifications, cable laying termination and testing, and overhead transmission line works if applicable.
Prepare and review risk assessments (HIRA), method statements, and permit to work (PTW) documentation.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, HSE inductions, and safety awareness programs.
Monitor high‑risk activities including energized electrical works, shutdown activities, excavation and deep trenching, lifting operations, and confined space entry.
Carry out routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with TAQA, TRANSCO, ADNOC standards.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
