Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, monitor and coordinate all HSE activities across assigned project sites.
  • Supervise and guide HSE Officers to ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
  • Ensure implementation and continuous update of the Project HSE Plan.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections and performance assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with TAQA TRANSCO HSE standards, SSR and UAE regulations.
  • Identify non‑conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, ensuring proper reporting and root cause analysis.
  • Compile and submit monthly HSE reports covering performance, audits and key metrics.
  • Ensure all HSE documentation, registers and records are maintained (incident logs, lifting equipment, scaffolding, etc.).
  • Plan and monitor Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) systems and high‑risk activities.
