Provides support to different human resources areas to ensure proper execution/management of HR functions for the assigned plant.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Administer surveys to assess workplace climate, employee satisfaction with transportation and cafeteria, analyze information, and prepare a results report.
- Support the execution of strategies to improve the workplace climate at the plant.
- Participate in ensuring compliance with internal processes in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, primarily in:
- Employee benefits
- Subcontractors: cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning
- Treatment of others, etc.
- Payroll
- Support the payroll manager by randomly auditing employee files throughout the year to ensure they meet job requirements and evidence during ISO 9000, IATF, and other relevant audits.
