Job Purpose/Summary:
• The HRMS Functional will work in the Global HRIS transition project.
• Primarily will work on Core HR and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in Workday AMS alongside the core team
The primary module to work on will be Core HR and Onboarding
Serve as subject matter expert in the HRMS domain and work on support activities for countries that are live
• Lead end-to-end configuration of Workday Core HCM & Onboarding
Drive solution design, workshops, and client discussions
Own business process design and optimization
Oversee defect management
Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
Handle release planning and feature adoption
Collaborate across integrations and reporting workstreams
Work on documentation
Assist in the design of security configurations, roles, and permissions within Workday when needed...
