Recruiting Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a highly analytical, detail‑driven HRIS Recruiting Coordinator to configure and optimize core HR modules for clients onboarding to our platform. You’ll translate complex HR policies into automated workflows that support talent management, compliance, and daily HR operations. This role owns the full HR system build — ensuring applicant tracking, onboarding, compliance, and performance processes are accurately configured and ready for go‑live. It’s ideal for someone with deep HR operations knowledge, strong technical instincts, and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.Location The Woodlands, TX Pay Rate
