SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead strategic HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Workday and/or Oracle HCM projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new module deployments. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of critical HRIS projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead HRIS project initiatives involving Workday and/or Oracle HCM.
• Manage full project lifecycles including planning, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Lead the deployment of new modules and functionality within Workday and/or Oracle HCM environments.
