Serve as the primary HRIS administrator and core HR Generalist, overseeing system configuration, data integrity, and reporting, with a strong focus on US benefits and leave integration.
Manage and optimize HRIS modules for employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement plans, wellness initiatives) and lead the technical setup for annual open enrollment, life events, and system-driven employee communications.
Leverage HRIS data and analytics to ensure strict compliance with US federal and state employment regulations, preparing required compliance reporting and system audits (e.g., ACA, EEO-1, ERISA).
Configure and manage leave administration workflows within the HRIS for FMLA, ADA accommodations, short-term/long-term disability, and statutory state leaves.
