About the Position
Act as the primary owner of UKG platforms, including Core HR, Payroll, Learning, and People Analytics, as well as the Workforce Management system. (WFM)Establish and maintain the HRIS roadmap and system strategy.Oversee configuration and ongoing maintenance of WFM functions, including time tracking, scheduling, attendance, and labour management.Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate flow of data from WFM into payroll systems, including validation of earnings codes, pay rules, and system mappings.Manage system setup, configuration, and workflow design within HRIS platformsOversee integrations between HR systems and external/internal platforms...
