Our client is an international company based in Geneva, currently driving a major transformation of its People function, with a strong focus on digitalisation, data maturity and operational excellence. As part of this journey, they are looking for a hands‑on expert to lead the evolution of HR systems, elevate people analytics capabilities and enhance HR processes across the organisation.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as the central expert for HR systems, data and reporting, playing a key role in enabling more structured, data‑driven decision‑making across the People function. This position combines system ownership, analytical depth and transformation mindset, within a multi‑country, fast‑evolving environment.
