Under general supervision, provides Oracle Cloud HR (Oracle HCM) system support to our employees, managers, and internal HR teams. This individual will be the primary point of contact for ticket/issue resolution and liaise with IT on issues that require IT intervention. They will also contribute to system testing, integration troubleshooting and error-handling, and maintenance of SOPs and end-user support documentation.
