• You will be responsible for overall HR operations, general affairs, and the management of one subordinate.
• HR & Labor Structuring:
• Revise, implement, and manage the company policy/handbook in strict accordance with the Philippine Labor Code.
• Establish and streamline processes to ensure full DOLE compliance.
• Operations Management:
• Manage and approve payroll computations.
• Oversee procedures and processing for employee government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO.
• Management:
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for one HR staff member.
• Handle office administration and provide support duties for Japanese expatriates.
