We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with the Plant HR Leader and business stakeholders, delivering people solutions that enable operational excellence and business growth within the factory environment. The incumbent will partner closely with Plant Leadership to build a high-performing workforce, strengthen operational effectiveness, and drive a positive employee experience across the factory environment.
While based within a manufacturing plant environment, this role primarily supports the plant's white-collar employee populatio n, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Excellence, Finance, HR, Procurement, Program Management, and other support functions. The focus is on business partnering, talent management, leadership effectiveness, organizational capability, and employee engagement rather than large-scale industrial relations management
