The role balances hands-on HR execution with business advisory, ensuring people strategies directly support operational goals, client commitments, and delivery excellence.

Qualification:

• 5–8 yrs HR experience
• 3–5 yrs BPO / Contact Center required
• Strategic + hands-on HR role
• Partner with Ops & Site Leaders
• Employee Relations & Labor Law expert
• Performance, Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
