Update and maintain employee records, attendance, and leave records.
Handle Human Resources administrative functions (HR Administration).
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Update and ensure all employees are covered under the company's insurance policies and panel clinics, manage insurance claims, and coordinate the renewal of insurance policies (GHS/GTL/GPA) and SOCSO (PERKESO).
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws and regulations.
Prepare KPI reports and other Human Resources-related reports.
Analyze HR data, including payroll data, for reporting, monitoring, and continuous improvement purposes.
To assist in implementing learning and development plans across the site, aligned to business needs.
