Functional Accountabilities
Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally, including: a) Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations. b) Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.
Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives.
Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.
