People and Culture is a strategic enabler of AUT’s mission, partnering across the University to build a high‑performing, inclusive and future‑focused workforce. This role is responsible for leading the day‑to‑day operation, support, and continuous improvement of AUT’s HR technology and reporting systems, including Snaphire, Technology1, and ServiceNow. You will lead a small team while remaining close to the work—supporting problem solving, improving system functionality, and ensuring delivery across a busy and varied work programme.
