The Human Resources Integration Consultant is responsible for supporting and leading the successful integration of HR services, processes, and systems for new client implementations, transitions, acquisitions, and major organizational changes. This role ensures seamless alignment of HR practices—including payroll, benefits, employee data, policies, and compliance—between clients and Resourcing Edge’s service platform. The HR Integration Consultant serves as a project‑focused HR subject matter expert who partners closely with HR Services, Benefits, Payroll, Technology, and Client Services teams to ensure an effective onboarding experience and long‑term client readiness.
