HR Supervisor (Onsite in Bacoor, Cavite)

The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing end-to-end human resources operations in a fast-paced packaging and trading environment. This role functions as a hands‑on HR Generalist, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping and payroll coordination, and compliance. The position also supervises HR staff and supports workforce planning for both office and operations personnel, ensuring efficient HR service delivery aligned with business demands.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Workforce Management

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for both operations (warehouse, production, drivers) and office‑based roles
• Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires into operations
