General Purpose of this Job Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Supervisor is primarily responsible for the overall human resources strategy for Cementation Mining Mexico (CMM). Human Resources is responsible for strategic implementation and oversight of all HR programs in alignment with organizational goals.
