Job Description
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
-Plan and execute recruitment, talent development, and succession planning programs
-Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
-Develop employee competency frameworks, career paths, and retention initiatives
-Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes
-Support organizational development and change management initiatives
-Prepare HR reports and presentations for management decision-making
-Collaborate with department leaders on manpower planning and strategic HR projects
-Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
