QUALIFICATIONS:



- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

- Proven experience in Human Resources Department

- Knowledgeable in the different facets of HR

- Fast computer typing skills (MS Officer)

- Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS

- Familiarity with resume databases

- Basic knowledge of labor laws

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong communications skills
