Supports Human Resources processes by scheduling and conducting of interviews, perform new hire orientation, and maintaining records and information.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
Prepares timekeeping for payroll support.
Maintaining accurate digital and physical files for hiring, terminations, leaves, and changes, ensuring confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 yrs relevant working experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Knowledgeable with recruitment tools and job boards.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can time manage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
