DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports Human Resources processes by scheduling and conducting of interviews, perform new hire orientation, and maintaining records and information.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
  • Prepares timekeeping for payroll support.
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical files for hiring, terminations, leaves, and changes, ensuring confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 yrs relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Knowledgeable with recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can time manage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
