Organizational and Learning Development Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the learning and development team with administrative tasks, including coordinating training sessions and preparing educational materials.
- Gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and support the learning and development team in their efforts.
- Maintain organizational records and ensure compliance with training standards.
