Our client, an oil & gas company based in Fujairah, is looking to hire an HR Specialist (Arabic Speaker) on a fixed two-year contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and continuously improving the organization's HR systems and processes. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting workforce planning, driving Emiratization initiatives, and contributing to organizational excellence and Integrated Management System (IMS) programs. In addition, the role is responsible for implementing the department's Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to established processes to achieve departmental objectives, and preparing reports covering key HR activities as requested by the direct manager.
