Job Description

• Solid understanding of HR operations in a shared service center.
• Ensure an effective back end operation is run with seamless collaboration with inter departments and external bodies.
• Collaborate with the regional stakeholders with focus in SAP region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippine and Vietnam) to oversee the HR payroll and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the integrity of HR data.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Workday and BIPO HRMS.
