The HR Services Analyst supports the HR Services organization with their data and analytics needs. It contributes to advancing the HR Services strategy by leveraging data insights to deliver a seamless digital and HR experience, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analyses and translate these into insights and recommendations for leaders and teams
• Leverage data analyses to measure process performance, identify key indicators for future improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to help HR Services prioritize areas of focus
• Design, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable insights and are user-friendly for stakeholders at all levels
